5. When installing the round blade, you must first check whether the round blade is cracked, distorted, flattened, lost teeth, etc., and then install it.

6. After installation, it is necessary to confirm whether the center hole of the circular blade is firmly fixed on the flange of the saw table. If there is a washer, the washer must be fitted; then, gently push by hand to confirm the rotation of the circular blade Whether eccentric shaking.

7. When using, do not exceed the specified maximum speed.

8. Pre-rotate before use: After replacing the new blade, it needs to be pre-rotated for one minute before use, so that the cutting table can be cut only when the saw table enters the working state.

9. The hardness requirement of the round blade is very important. Sometimes the blade will collapse and soft mouth, no matter how good the material is, if the hardness requirement is unreasonable.
